WHAT IS THE PTO?

The PTO is the Parent Teacher Organization in which teachers and parents can meet together and discuss school related subjects. Through collaborative meetings, parents and teachers can help change policies to better help the students.

WHO CAN JOIN?

Anyone interested in the PTO is encouraged to attend meetings, provided you are a teacher or the parent/guardian of a student.

WHY JOIN?

Joining the PTO helps parents to learn about Stevens High School, the school environment that your child attends every day. Meetings inform parents about their child's education. Meetings foster good communication between students, parents, and teachers. Parents and teachers can help make Stevens High School an even better learning environment.

WHERE ARE MEETINGS?

Meetings are usually held in the Stevens High School Library, but sometimes are held off-site to highlight SHS programs.

HOW DO I JOIN?

You can join by calling the High School at (603) 543-4220 with your name, phone number and email address. We'll include you on our mailings. Some parents cannot attend all meetings, but want to help with special projects. Let us know that too!

WHEN ARE MEETINGS?

Although SHS PTO meetings have historically been held on Monday nights, we recognize that there are parents who would like to attend our meetings but their schedule has not allowed them to do so on Mondays.

In an effort to make the meetings more accessible to everyone who would like to attend, the PTO will be trying something new this year! We will be alternating between the first Monday and first Tuesday of each month. The meetings will run from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
